About us
Jean Follonier, aged 33, is CEO and founding partner of Alp Real Estate Ltd, active in the real estate business in the Swiss Alps and the Lake Geneva region.
After graduating in the HEC Lausanne, Jean gained international experience by working seven years for Philip Morris Intl. He completed his education with an MBA.
After several years of traveling, Jean decided to move back to his home & heart town Nendaz where he is particularly active in the local economy and has developed a significant social and professional network. He is a member of the Nendaz Business Association, member of several sport and cultural associations, and is particularly concerned and motivated by the development of the local tourism industry.
Based in Nendaz, in the middle of the “4 Vallees” ski domain (Nendaz, Verbier, Veysonnaz & Thyon – www.4vallees.ch), in the heart of the Swiss Alps, our company has been created to address the specialized needs and interests of buyers and sellers with the highest expectations.
We like to create a personal relationship with each of our customers to better understand their needs and provide them with professional and tailor made support.
