Located in Planchouet, this chalet has a unique charm. The location is very quiet and hiking trails are nearby. Built in 1927 but renovated in 1994, it deserves to be renovated today and has good potential. A nice terrace is oriented south-east of the chalet. The chalet also has a large balcony.
The heating system is a central fireplace located in the living room. Hot water is heated with gas and solar panels on the roof supply electricity to the chalet.
The chalet is arranged as follows:
On the lower floor are the bathroom and toilets, a workroom, storage space under the stairs and a cellar. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen form a large open room on the ground floor. Finally, a large dormitory is located on the upper floor. There is an entrance on the ground floor and a second on the lower floor.
Parking spaces are available along the road to Siviez and access is via a small footpath. It takes about 2 minutes walk from the parking place to the entrance of the chalet.

The chalet enjoys a unique location in the heart of the Alps and the 4 Valleys ski area.
Several parking spaces are at the edge of the "Route de Siviez". A pedestrian path of about 80 meters leads to the chalet from the road.
